If you’re looking for more ways to visit the Praca do Comercio next summer, Delta just announced it will offer a nonstop flight from Boston to Lisbon beginning in May.

The Portugal capital will be Delta’s fifth international destination from Boston’s Logan Airport. Currently, Boston customers can fly Delta to Amsterdam, Dublin, London, and Paris.

The daily Lisbon route will fly seasonally on a Boeing 757 from May 23 to Sept. 3. The plane will provide 20 seats in Delta Premium Select, 29 in Delta Comfort Plus, and 150 in the main cabin.

“Delta is thrilled to offer our customers one more additional European destination next summer,” said Charlie Schewe, director of New England sales, in a statement. “Greater Boston has a large Portuguese community and this new service will provide a valuable link for residents on both sides of the Atlantic.”

Flights between Delta’s Atlanta hub and Lisbon will not return in the summer of 2019, the airline announced in the statement.
