This low-fare carrier will begin service at Logan Airport this spring

Frontier Airlines will begin service at Logan Airport this spring.

Travelers at Logan Airport will have more options when it comes to low-cost carriers when Frontier Airlines begins service in Boston this spring.

Frontier will operate two nonstop routes out of Logan, to Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Fla. beginning April 19, and to Raleigh-Durham International Airport in Morrisville, N.C. starting May 1 , the company announced Wednesday.

The flights will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and customers will fly the airline’s Airbus A320.

To celebrate the new routes, Frontier is offering $39 one-way flights to Orlando International Airport and Raleigh-Durham International Airport out of Logan if booked by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 10.
