Do you want to travel from Boston to Europe in 2020 and save money while doing it?

Then you’ll want to shop for airfare on Dec. 3, also known as Travel Deal Tuesday, according to Liana Corwin, consumer travel expert for the flight tracker app Hopper.

Corwin said deals on flights from Logan International Airport will include destinations such as Dublin and Shannon, Ireland, on Air Lingus and trips to Barcelona, Rome, London, and Paris on Norwegian Air.

“Those are the two airlines that have come forward at this point with special deals from Boston,” Corwin said. “However, a lot of airlines don’t advertise their deals in advance, so definitely check on the airline website or on Hopper the day of Travel Deal Tuesday to see if there are deals to other destinations.”

The company, which has locations in Cambridge, Montreal, New York, and Sofia, Bulgaria, and helps travelers plan more than 150,000 trips a day, expects 20 percent off all domestic and international routes on Travel Deal Tuesday, with a savings of up to 40 percent. Hopper says 18 deals per second are detected on Travel Deal Tuesday, and it sends nearly 50 percent more notifications to its users that day.

“Travel Deal Tuesday has really emerged as one of the best days to book travel in the post-Thanksgiving sale period,” Corwin said. “What we found at Hopper a few years ago is that there’s significantly more deals on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving than on Black Friday and Cyber Monday.”

Corwin said whether travelers use Hopper or another flight tracking method, it’s best to shop early on Travel Deal Tuesday.

“The more in demand the flight is, the faster it will sell out,” she said.
