Three Boston hotels were celebrated for their "high levels of customer service" over the past decade.
Six of the top 10 hotels in Massachusetts in 2020 are located in Boston, and three have maintained a high level of performance over the past decade, according to U.S. News & World Report.
U.S. News on Tuesday released its 10th annual best hotel rankings, which evaluated more than 30,000 luxury hotels and resorts across the U.S., Europe, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and the Caribbean. Vermont’s Twin Farms and Rhode Island’s Ocean House were named among the 50 best hotels in the U.S. in 2020.
Since the publication’s inaugural ranking in 2011, 41 hotels across the U.S. have consistently ranked in the top 10 percent, earning a gold badge, according to the report. Three of them are in Massachusetts: Boston Harbor Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel Boston, and Mandarin Oriental, Boston.
“Hotels with this distinction have consistently provided comfortable accommodations, high levels of customer service, and memorable and luxurious experiences for travelers,” U.S. News wrote.
