Guests at Back Bay’s Four Seasons Hotel Boston can now train like Tom Brady.

The hotel, named one of the 10 best hotels in Massachusetts in 2020, has just partnered with performance lifestyle brand TB12, co-founded by the six-time Super Bowl champion and his business partner Alex Guerrero, the hotel recently announced. It is the first time TB12 will be offered in a hotel setting, according to the Four Seasons.

The hotel’s renovated fitness center now offers TB12’s “cutting-edge approach, equipment, and Body Coaches,” according to the hotel, which includes the TB12 Looped and Handle Resistance Bands and a custom-made TB12 turf that allows guests to “train like Tom Brady.” All hotel guests can use the TB12 equipment during their stay and also schedule a muscle pliability session with a TB12 Body Coach.

“We are so pleased to partner with a brand that we admire so much, and to offer our guests a truly innovative training experience in Boston,” said Michael Pedder, general manager at Four Seasons Hotel Boston, in a press release. “We appreciate that it’s often challenging for hotel guests to maintain their health and fitness goals while traveling, and we sincerely hope this renovation and partnership will support them in reaching their full potential.”

Guests can also book a TB12 Experience Package, which starts at $1,200, based on availability and room type. The package is “for guests who wish to fully immerse themselves in the TB12 lifestyle,” according to the hotel, and includes an overnight stay, a personalized 90-minute muscle pliability session with a TB12 Body Coach, TB12 plant-based protein and electrolytes “to optimize performance and recovery,” and a TB12 On-the-Go Looped Bands Kit for traveling.

The Four Seasons isn’t the only place in Boston where folks can train like Brady. A second TB12 Sports Therapy Center opened on Boylston Street in August. The first opened in 2013 at Patriot Place in Foxborough.
