Edmundson and muckety mucks go to the movies

Just as he did when “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1’’ came out a few years ago, Phil Edmundson, the CEO of William Gallagher Associates, the other night bought the entire theatre for the 7 p.m. screening of the Harrison Ford flick, “Cowboys and Aliens,’’ at the Loews Boston Common. Edmundson invited some of his bipartisan buddies, including former governor Mike Dukakis, Harvard School of Public Health professor John McDonough, Fort Hill Advisors founder Scott Bosworth, Mass Inc. honcho Greg Torres, Mike Widmer of the Mass Taxpayers Foundation, New England Council Jim Brett, and past and present chairs of the Mass State Democratic Party Phil Johnston and John Walsh.
