A jogger ran past a temporary public installation outside the Boston Center for the Arts in the South End on Wednesday. Artist Matthew Cleary teamed up with architects Tim Severo and Andrew Adamopoulos to create the arched structure of cable systems, a platform and painted vinyl panels. The piece will be on exhibit through October.
