An Allston man is facing charges that he urinated out of the window of a party bus rolling through the streets of Boston Tuesday morning, officials said.
Elan Alexenberg, 21, pleaded not guilty to indecent exposure and disorderly conduct at his arraignment Tuesday in Boston Municipal Court. He was released without monetary bail.
Police spotted the party bus at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday as it traveled down Newbury Street, toward Massachusetts Avenue. As the bus approached a red light at Exeter Street, officers allegedly saw Alexenberg open a window on the bus, expose himself, and urinate into the street in front of several pedestrians.
When officers escorted Alexenberg off the bus, he allegedly apologized and said “he didn’t mean for it to happen.’’ The officers told the driver of the bus he was free to continue on his route, but urged him to bring the remaining passengers back to Woburn, where they originated.
Alexenberg will return to court on Nov. 15 for a pre-trial hearing.
