Larry Thomas – a.k.a. the Soup Nazi on the sitcom “Seinfeld’’ – was in town with the Seinfeld Food Truck Friday as part of a TV promotion, and it seems people haven’t forgotten about him. . . . Former Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash was joined by a surprise guest at his House of Blues show the other night: Motorhead madman Lemmy
, who was in town for Friday’s Mayhem Fest at the Comcast Center. Lemmy sat in on “Dr. Alibi,’’ a song he sang on Slash’s last solo LP. . . . Oprah Winfrey was hard to miss as she sat in a window seat eating lunch Friday at the Bristol Lounge at the Four Seasons. Winfrey was in town this week to visit graduates of her Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls who are studying for the summer at B.C. . . . ’’Dawson’s Creek’’ actor James Van Der Beek had lunch Friday with his wife, Kimberly, and their daughter at Poe’s Kitchen at the Rattlesnake.
