Kronos, Inc., which sells workforce management systems, announced that its third-quarter revenues were $224.8 million, with earnings before interest, tax, and amortization at $59.9 million. That’s an 8 percent increase in revenue over the previous quarter, and a ten percent increase in earnings.
The company said that revenues were bolstered by its Kronos Cloud business, which has experienced a 60 percent year-over-year increase in revenue and a 50 percent increase in cloud customer adoption. The Kronos cloud business allows companies to manage their workforces using software and data stored on Kronos’ servers.
Its fastest growing product, the company reported, has been Workforce Analytics, which allows organizations to access and leverage their workforce data to identify, predict, and manage opportunities for cost savings and productivity gains.
Kronos is based in Chelmsford. Tens of thousands of organizations in 100 countries — including more than half of the Fortune 1000 — use Kronos time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, HR and payroll, hiring, and labor analytics applications
