Meanwhile, Katy Perry’s fashion interpretations never fail to raise eyebrows, and the celebrities of yesteryear who rocked early polka dots made the look famous: Think Marilyn Monroe‘s character in the 1955 film “The Seven Year Itch’’ and the real-life Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis vacationing in Italy in 1962. -
