Bostonians may not have seen much snow accumulation from Wednesday’s storm, but residents in central and western Massachusetts had a bit more shoveling to do.

The northwest corner of the Bay State received more than six inches of snow, according to total snowfall map put out by the National Weather Service Thursday afternoon.

Boston may see some snow showers Friday night, according to the service’s seven-day forecast for the city, but the accumulation is expected to be less than half an inch.
