The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for all of Southern New England and a Blizzard Warning for most of the Massachusetts coast as yet another powerful nor’easter impacts the region.
Service forecasters expect the winter storm, which began late Monday, to linger through Tuesday night.
“Snow will be heaviest in [southeastern Massachusetts] where up to 2 [feet] is possible,” the service said on Facebook Tuesday morning. “Snow is ongoing and will move out late this evening.”
