Map: Here are the areas in Massachusetts under a winter storm warning

A November nor’easter will drop snow and rain on the Bay State starting Thursday evening.

Yes, it’s true. Snow is on the way to Massachusetts.

Forecasters are predicting the Bay State will see a mix of rain and snow from a nor’easter starting Thursday evening and extending into early Friday. Parts of the state could see as much as seven inches of accumulation from the winter storm, while areas closer to the coast are expected to see just a dusting.
