Those looking for warm spring temperatures won’t find them on Tuesday. Highs will reach 45 to 50 degrees, which, as the National Weather Service points out, is 20 degrees cooler than the normal 65- to 70-degree temperatures expected in mid-May. The service expects that Tuesday will start with rain, with the possibility of spotty showers in the afternoon. Another round of showers is possible late in the day.
