There is thunderstorm potential.

Thursday is slated to bring warmer weather and spring showers. The day’s temperatures should get into the mid- and upper-60s range, except on the coast, where sea breezes will cool the air. Both clouds and sun are expected, in addition to scattered showers starting around midday. In southeastern Massachusetts, an isolated thunderstorm “can’t be ruled out,” according to the National Weather Service. It’s expected to dry up at night, although a few showers may hit southern New England late on Thursday, with lows around 40 degrees.
