Greater Boston will remain dry for most of Thursday, according to the National Weather Service’s Kim Buttrick, while the city will reach highs in the upper 60s. Slightly warmer temperatures in the lower 70s could be in store for surrounding areas. It will be a windy day either way, with gusts about 15 to 20 miles per hour. Closer to sunset, showers and potential thunderstorms will enter the region. While there is a chance for severe weather, including tornadoes, the NWS believes the odds are low.
