Monday night’s weather will be dry, but fog and scattered showers are expected to enter New England after midnight. Tuesday morning will start with rain that could dissipate by the afternoon. There is some likelihood for heavy rain, especially around Connecticut, Rhode Island, and south of the Massachusetts Turnpike. Due to these conditions, Tuesday’s high temperatures will likely reach the high 60s and low 70s. At night, low temperatures will be between the high 50s and low 60s.
