If there’s one thing to know about Wednesday’s weather, it’s that it will bring storms. How severe? You’ll have to wait to find out. A warm front will enter New England Wednesday morning, delivering scattered showers and thunderstorms, as well as more heat and humidity. Some of the National Weather Service’s guidance suggests that there will be lots of showers and thunderstorms early on, leaving cloud debris to stick around and preventing convection in the afternoon. Other guidance predicts little to no precipitation in the morning, which would set the stage for a low to moderate risk of strong to severe storms later on.
