Here’s a look at Boston’s weather this week
“Low humidity much of this week and just a bit muggy [Wednesday] afternoon and night when it could be raining."
While Monday started off cool in Boston with temperatures in the 50s, the coolest since June, according to Sarah Wroblewski, a meteorologist with WBZ, temperatures should warm up again by the end of the week, local meteorologists said.
The National Weather Service predicts temperatures to hit the mid- to high-70s through Thursday, with Friday reaching the low 80s for a high.
The only chance of rain is Wednesday night and Thursday morning, according to the service. If it does rain, it could be after 10 p.m. Wednesday night and before 3 p.m. on Thursday.
“Low humidity much of this week and just a bit muggy [Wednesday] afternoon and night when it could be raining,” Barry Burbank, a meteorologist with WBZ, said.

“Could we finish August with no more rain? Yeah, that is possible,” meteorologist David Epstein said. “Definitely need to be watering those gardens. They are likely producing lots of vegetables now.”
