Saturday

A warm front will approach the area Saturday and bring more in the way of clouds and higher humidity. I am putting a shower in the forecast, although the chances are small you will see it. Temperatures will be warmer, getting into the 70s. When you add in the moisture in the air, it will feel very different than Friday. This is the first weekend with the sunsets before 7, so if you have outdoor plants be aware it is getting darker earlier very fast.

Sunday

This is my pick of the weekend. There will be plenty of sunshine and very warm temperatures. Readings will reach near 80 degrees in several communities and in the 70s elsewhere. There will be low levels of humidity making for an ideal day for apple picking or any other outdoor activities.

Early next week

All eyes will be on the tropics next week as a couple of weather systems are poised for more development. Depending on the evolution of the atmosphere, one of these systems may or may not affect the United States. This is definitely something forecasters will be keeping an eye on throughout the weekend.
