When you head out on Tuesday morning, know that it’s the warmest the day is going to get. Temperatures will dip into the upper 30’s and 40’s in the afternoon, followed by record low temperatures in the evening. Up to around one inch of rain will fall during the first half of the day, and a smattering of snow is possible during the last leg of the storm. Skies will begin to clear and winds between 30 and 40 miles per hour will begin to blow after sunset. The gusts will create a wind chill in the teens and then near zero late at night.
