Here’s what to expect from Wednesday’s weather forecast

A rainy morning and a cloudy afternoon.

Runners were the only ones taking to the Longfellow Bridge as a light rain fell and most people were staying in doors due to COVID-19 as they try to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

The Boston region is in for a wet Wednesday, at least during the first half of the day.

Rain begins in the early morning hours and lingers through late morning or early afternoon, with partly to mostly cloudy skies for the remainder of the day. High temperatures will be in the upper 40s to mid 50s.

More rain is expected on Thursday.
