Rain will arrive during the day and is expected to be heavy at times, with the possibility for thunderstorms and localized flooding, but the big story will be the wind. A high wind watch is in effect Monday afternoon and evening with the potential for wind gusts up to 60 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service.
