Here’s what to expect from the New Year’s Eve weather forecast

The final day of 2020 will start off a bit wet then end dry and chilly.

Forecasters expect a cloudy day on Thursday with chances for light rain showers during the morning and early afternoon. Highs will be in the 30s to low 40s.

It will be dry but cold when the clock strikes midnight.
