The work week ends with a cold, rainy day across the Boston region, and some parts of Massachusetts will even be dealing with snow.

Forecasters are calling for steady rain and temperatures in the 40s. The Berkshires and Worcester Hills are expected to see accumulating snow, but areas west of I-495 could also see a coating of slushy accumulation.

The precipitation will come to an end during the day on Saturday.
